Growing Together for Lifelong Relationships
One of the greatest joys in life is to share a path with someone else. We agree to follow the same path and share life together, but at times the path can be difficult to navigate. Whether it feels like you have lost your connection or are dealing with the pain of betrayal, it is possible to get back on track. Using a blend of Emotional Focused Therapy (EFT) and the Gottman Method, we will work to recognize and understand your emotional needs, vulnerabilities, and attachment style. We will then use pragmatic tools to open communication to begin the healing process.
Couples counseling provides a structured approach to help you and your partner address challenges, rebuild trust, and strengthen your relationship. Each session is designed to create a safe and supportive environment where both partners can share openly, work through vulnerabilities, and develop healthier patterns of communication. I have found this to be the most effective way to start with couples. However, each counseling experience is unique and tailored to the couple’s needs.
